1. Store credits are issued at the discretion of Copper Bells and can be revoked at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary
2. Store credits would only be issued for reasons like defects or as such if the item is received by Copper Bells within 7 days of the invoice. Copper Bells would not be held responsible for the lost of mail, in such cases, no store credits woud be issued
3. Store credits are not transferable or exchangeable for cash
4. Store credits are to be redeemed within 3 months (or 8 new entries, which ever comes later) or deemed invalid
5. Store credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions/discounts
6. Any remaining sum after deducting from store credits must be paid first via ATM transfer/iBanking as per the invoice before the item would be sent out
7. Once blacklisted (due to MIA or any other resons), all the store credits issued, whether used or unused, would be voided
